Stephen Brothers-McGrew has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Stephen began their career at Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor before moving on to work as an Accounts Receivable Specialist at J.F. Allen Company. Stephen then transitioned to the education sector, working as an Adjunct Faculty in Communication Studies at Davis and Elkins College and later as an Adjunct Professor in Communication Studies at West Virginia Wesleyan College.

Stephen eventually shifted their focus to marketing and communications, taking on roles such as Marketing Director at Crawford Hoying and Business Development Coordinator at Ologie. Stephen then worked as a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half before joining Franklin University as a Marketing Strategist and later as an Assistant Director of Marketing.
