Tiffani Mims currently serves as the Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Chicago, focusing on employment litigation. In addition, Tiffani is an active member of the American Bar Association, holding positions such as Vice-Chair on Ethics and Professionalism for the Young Lawyer Division and Co-Chair for the Judicial Internship Opportunity Program. Tiffani has received recognition as the 2023 Young Alumnae of the Year from DePaul University College of Law and is involved in various boards, including the WINGS Program and the DePaul Alumni Engagement Board. Previous experience includes serving as an Assistant State Attorney for Cook County, where Tiffani prosecuted over 10,000 cases, and gaining mentorship experience at Legal Prep Charter Academy. Tiffani is also an author, having written "The Good Book," which addresses personal struggles with imposter syndrome and mental health. Educational qualifications include a JD from DePaul University College of Law and an MS in Psychology from Kaplan University.
