Praveen Kosuri

Praveen Kosuri serves as the Deputy Dean for Clinical Education and Director of the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, a position held since July 2007. Additionally, Praveen is a Fellow at the American Bar Foundation and has been a faculty member at the National Institute for Trial Advocacy since 2013. Praveen's prior roles include serving on the Board of Visitors at Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School (MICDS) from 2016 to 2020, and acting as Treasurer for the Clinical Legal Education Association from 2014 to 2019. Previous legal experience includes Assistant Director and Lecturer in Law at the University of Chicago Law School's IJ Clinic on Entrepreneurship, as well as working in various legal and financial roles, including Attorney at Krasnow Saunders Cornblath, LLP and Investment Banking Associate at Credit Suisse First Boston. Praveen holds a JD from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, an MBA in Strategy and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a bachelor's degree in History and Philosophy from Duke University.
