Harry Tsamaidis is a seasoned professional in manufacturing operations with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Manufacturing Operations at American Battery Solutions Inc., Harry is responsible for ensuring a safe environment and the timely execution of manufacturing priorities. Previously, as Director of Manufacturing at eMatrix Energy Systems, Harry focused on enhancing operational efficiency and supporting organizational growth through the implementation of robust controls and systems. At Air International Thermal Systems, Harry held multiple director-level positions, including Global Manufacturing Director, where Harry standardized operations across various countries and oversaw capital expenditures. Harry’s career began at Nylex Corporation Limited and continued at Air International Pty Ltd, culminating in a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University.
