Charlene L.

Charlene L. is an experienced payroll and administrative professional with a solid background in financial operations and office management. Currently serving as a Payroll Officer at the American Battle Monuments Commission since August 2022, Charlene manages payroll operations for approximately 350 employees and ensures compliance with payroll-related regulations.
