Emira Mazlout

Emira Mazlout is currently serving as an Interpretive Guide at the American Battle Monuments Commission, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this role, Emira worked at EUROQUARTZ s.a. as an Internal Sales Assistant from May 2021 to May 2023. Emira's experience also includes a position as Assistante de production at the Jan Van Eyck Academie in early 2020, focusing on organizing Open Studios events for resident artists. Additionally, Emira contributed as a French translator for the text "Thump, Whizz, Poom: A Framework for the Study of Comics under Translation" at the Université de Namur in 2019. Emira holds a Master’s degree in Social Sciences from Maastricht University (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's degree in Germanic languages, literatures, and linguistics from Université de Namur (2015-2019).
