Prior to this role, Holly held the position of Vice President at Idea Management Inc. from February 2002 to January 2007. Earlier in Holly's career, extensive experience was gained at MetLife from 1989 to 2002, where roles included Senior Account Executive for National Accounts and National Sales Director for Group Long-Term Care Insurance.
