R. Vincent Delphin

R. Vincent Delphin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. R. Vincent started their career at Poulan Weedeater as an Assembly Supervisor and Industrial Engineer in 1992 before moving on to True Temper Sports as a Finishing Manager. In 1995, they joined Acco Controls as a Production Manager and later transitioned to Stanleyworks as a Stanley Production Systems Manager in 1998. From 2001 to 2005, they worked at Robert Bosch Inc as an Operations Manager. Delphin then joined American Boa as a Plant Manager in 2005 and served in that role until 2012. R. Vincent continued their journey at American BOA, where they held the position of Director of Industrial Operations from 2013 to 2015. Currently, Delphin is the Director of the Automotive Business Unit at American Boa Inc, responsible for P&L, Sales, Design, Operations, and Procurement. Throughout their career, they have gained extensive experience in various aspects of business management and leadership roles within the manufacturing industry.
