David Shin

David Shin is currently the VP of Research and Psychometrics at the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Inc. David previously worked at Pearson as the Director of Psychometric and Research Services and Manager of Psychometric Services. With a background in Educational Assessment, Testing, and Measurement, David has extensive experience in designing, implementing, and validating testing programs. Their expertise and leadership have been instrumental in the transition of testing programs to computer-adaptive testing (CAT).
