Christian Cullen

Christian Cullen is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in total rewards and benefits management. Currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at the American Cancer Society since October 2007, Christian leads a team focused on creating competitive compensation packages and efficient HR processes. Prior to this role, Christian held several positions at Hewitt Associates, including Senior Director and Senior Consultant in Benefits, and served as Benefit Service Manager at Northern Trust. Christian's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Management Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology, earned in 1997.
