Jenna Heflick

Jenna (Berlin) Heflick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in volunteer engagement, revenue development, and event management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Volunteer Engagement Operations & Projects at the American Cancer Society since July 2017, Jenna has led strategic initiatives, facilitated training, and partnered with leadership to drive revenue growth. Previous roles include Sr. Program Manager and Development Manager, where Jenna focused on technology implementation and enhancing volunteer experiences. Prior to this, Jenna held positions at Spokane Symphony, PACCAR, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and other organizations, contributing to significant fundraising achievements and operational improvements. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Gonzaga University, specializing in Operations and Supply Chain Management, and Leadership Studies.
