Kristen Salladay

Kristen Salladay has extensive experience in various sectors, including nonprofit management, construction, real estate, and insurance. Currently serving as a Senior Development Manager and Senior Community Manager at the American Cancer Society since May 2011, Kristen leads the Relay For Life of Eugene/Springfield, which ranks #2 nationally and involves managing, recruiting, and training volunteers. Prior experience includes tenure as a General Contractor at Northridge Signature Homes LLC, where Kristen was responsible for hiring and managing subcontractors for custom home builds, and as a Broker at Homefinders of Eugene. Additionally, Kristen worked as a Senior Claims Specialist in the Farmers Insurance Claims Department, handling auto claims. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Western Oregon University, along with an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice from Lane Community College.
