Training and Onboarding Coordinator at American Canning

Sarah Neville has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. Sarah began their career as a Pastry extern at Sea Island, then moved on to become a Head Chef at Canoe Island French Camp, a Marketing Assistant at the Culinary Institute of America, and an Assistant Wedding Planner at Wedding Now. In 2016, Sarah held two roles simultaneously, as a PR Analyst and Bartender at The Alinea Group, and as a Pastry Cook at One Off Hospitality Group. In 2018, Sarah became a Floor Manager at The Butterfly Bar. In 2019, they were an In Room Dining Coordinator at Fairmont Austin, and in 2020 they served as both a Training and Onboarding Coordinator and Customer Service Manager at American Canning.

Sarah Neville attended The Culinary Institute of America, where they obtained a degree in Hospitality Management with a focus in Baking and Pastry Arts. Prior to that, they attended St Francis Preparatory High School.
