Allison Pham

Allison Pham is currently serving as an Investment Business Analyst Intern at American Century Investments, focusing on automating business processes and creating data visualizations. Previously, Allison worked as a Faculty Assistant at the University of Arkansas, providing customer service and facility access in the HPER Building. A finance intern at Freestate Advisors LLC, Allison conducted data analysis and supported product launches. Allison’s initial role as a Certified Trainer at Chipotle Mexican Grill involved delivering food safety training while managing various restaurant tasks. Currently pursuing a degree in Finance with a concentration in Financial Analytics at the University of Arkansas, educational background includes a high school diploma from Mill Valley High School.
