Michael Mak

Michael Mak is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in desktop support and help desk services. Currently serving as an IT Desktop Support Engineer at American Century Investments since March 2020, Michael has previously held positions as an IT Desktop Engineer at Lucky Brand and an IT Help Desk Technician at Wilshire Boulevard Temple. Early career experience includes a role as a Service Desk Technician Intern at Choice Hotels International.
