With a career spanning over a decade, Magdoline specializes in guiding expatriates through their relocation journeys, facilitating career transitions, and developing individual career plans. Magdoline has held various roles including International Career and Transition Coach at IMPACT Group, Training Facilitator at RELEVANCE, and Corporate Coach at Thrive Partners. Previously, as the Learning Design & Development Manager at EDGE Consultants Middle East, Magdoline led a team in creating tailored learning programs for multinational organizations. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Zoology/Chemistry from Ain Shams University and a Training of the Trainer Diploma from Cairo University, alongside continuous education efforts.
