Charles Blocker

Charles Blocker is an experienced professional with a diverse background in finance, capital management, and hospitality. As Vice President and Governor at the American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand since January 2021, Charles plays a crucial role in liaisons with the Aerospace and Tax Committees and co-leads the 'US Invest in Thailand 2024-2027' initiative. As the Founder and CEO of IC Partners Limited, a capital management and advisory firm, Charles focuses on hospitality, commercial, and industrial real estate assets within ASEAN. Charles has held significant positions such as Trustee and Executive Committee Member at Kenan Foundation Asia and was integral to the early success of InVision Hospitality Co., Ltd. With previous leadership roles in Gannon International Limited, Asian Trade Alliance, and Wells Fargo, Charles combines extensive experience with academic credentials including an MBA in International Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Economics from Hampden-Sydney College.
