Allison Starmann

Allison Starmann is the current General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at American Chemistry. Allison has also previously served as Deputy General Counsel at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency from January 2006 to December 2009, and Enforcement Counsel to the Assistant Administrator from January 2004 to December 2006. Prior to that, they were an Associate at Winston & Strawn LLP from January 1998 to December 2004.

Allison Starmann graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a B.S., and then went on to Notre Dame Law School to earn their Juris Doctor (J.D.).

Allison Starmann works with Ross Eisenberg - VP, Federal Affairs, Kimberly Wise White - VP, Regulatory & Scientific Affairs, and Yates Parker - Chief Financial Officer. Allison Starmann reports to Chris Jahn, President & CEO.
