Natasha Gilmore has extensive experience in the field of human resources, specifically in compensation, benefits, and HRIS. Natasha is currently working as the Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS at the American Chemistry Council since May 2022. Before that, they worked at Lupin Pharmaceuticals from January 2016 to April 2022, initially as a Benefits Manager and later as a Senior Manager in Benefits and HR Operations. Prior to that, Natasha held the role of Senior Global Benefits Specialist at Solenis from November 2014 to December 2015. Natasha also served as the Human Resources Director at FDH Engineering Inc. from September 2006 to August 2014 and as a Benefits Manager at FleetPride from June 2005 to September 2006. Natasha started their career in 1998 as a Benefits Manager and Retirement Plan Administrator at Patton Boggs LLP, where they worked until January 2005.
Natasha Gilmore holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from North Carolina State University and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Troy University.
