Moira Cyphers

Moira Cyphers is an experienced professional in the field of government relations and clean energy advocacy. Currently serving as the Director of Atlantic Offshore & Eastern State Affairs at the American Clean Power Association (ACP) since July 2022, Moira is responsible for driving clean energy development and overseeing lobbying, regulatory, grassroots, and media strategies in the Mid-Atlantic, New York, and Northeast regions. Prior roles include Partner at Compass Government Relations Partners, LLC, Government Relations Consultant at Alexander & Cleaver, P.A., and Director of Operations and Senior Staff Advisor for Heather Mizeur's gubernatorial campaign. Moira also held the position of Director of Legislative Affairs for the Maryland General Assembly and worked as a Research and Policy Analyst for The Mizeur Group. Moira holds a degree from American University.
