Chayakrit Krittanawong

Chayakrit Krittanawong, MD, FACC, currently serves in multiple esteemed roles, including Chair of the Peripheral Vascular Disease Section and Section Editor for JACC: Asia at the American College of Cardiology since June 2019. Additional responsibilities include participation in various task forces and committees focused on clinical data standards and performance measures. Chayakrit contributes as a member of the Abstract Review Committee for the American Heart Association while also serving on the editorial boards of notable journals such as the Journal of the American Heart Association and the European Heart Journal. In addition to academic commitments at institutions like Baylor College of Medicine and NYU Langone Health, Chayakrit holds positions as Editor-In-Chief of Cardiology Times Magazine and founder of both CharlesMedLab and the Wikiheart Foundation, focusing on medical technology and data development. Chayakrit completed medical residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai after earning a Doctor of Medicine degree from Phramongkutklao College of Medicine.
