Regan A. Stiegmann

Regan A. Stiegmann, DO, MPH, FACLM, DipABLM, currently serves as the Director of Lifestyle & Performance Medicine at HealthONE and as Chief Medical Officer at LPM LAB. With extensive experience in academia, Stiegmann is a Senior Clinical Instructor and Clinical Instructor at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and an Associate Clinical Professor at Rocky Vista University, where contributions include co-creating a pioneering digital health training program for medical students. Stiegmann is also involved with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine in various leadership roles, emphasizing the importance of preventive medicine and lifestyle interventions. Previous military experience as a Flight Medicine Physician in the United States Air Force underscores a commitment to operational medicine and clinical preventive services.
