Chang Na MD MPH serves as the Speaker of the House and Vice Chair of the Transportation Section at the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine since April 2016, with additional roles including Speaker Elect and Recorder for the House of Delegates. In clinical practice at Kaiser Permanente since August 2014, Chang holds the position of Physician and Chief of Service in Occupational and Environmental Health. Chang also contributes to the Asian & Pacific Islander American Health Forum and BARC as a Board Member, focusing on health policy and support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, respectively. Chang is involved with various medical associations, including the American Medical Association and California Medical Association, and previously held leadership roles within the Kern County Medical Society. Chang completed an Occupational and Environmental Medicine fellowship at Yale University School of Medicine and holds advanced degrees in Public Health and Business Administration alongside a medical degree and a Bachelor's in Neuroscience.
