Amanda Weirup serves as an Assistant Professor of Management at Babson College since July 2017, focusing on undergraduate courses in negotiation, conflict management, and organizational behavior while conducting research in decision-making and gender dynamics. In conjunction with academic roles, Weirup provides negotiation coaching and corporate training, partnering with individuals and organizations to enhance their skills since January 2017. Additionally, Weirup holds a position as Leadership & Negotiation Faculty with the American Association for Physician Leadership®, contributing to essential training components for physicians. Previous experience includes teaching at Carnegie Mellon University, consulting roles at Bain & Company and Accenture, and educational positions in standardized test preparation. Amanda Weirup earned a Ph.D. and a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior and Theory, as well as an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business from Indiana University.
