Blaine Bartlett serves as President and CEO of Avatar Resources Inc since August 1987, focusing on Compassionate Capitalism to promote sustainability in workplaces. Since January 2019, Blaine has hosted "The Soul of Business" on C-Suite Radio, fostering growth and networking for executives. As a member of the teaching faculty at the American Association for Physician Leadership® since 2013 and an adjunct professor at Beijing Normal University since 2010, Blaine contributes to leadership development in healthcare. Managing partner at Global Coaching Alliance since 2000, Blaine collaborates with leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness. Involvement with various organizations includes board memberships at the World Business Academy and the Unstoppable Foundation, as well as advisory roles with the Asia Coaching and Mentoring Association. Blaine's education includes studies at the University of Oregon and Nyenrode Business University.
