Jake Berry

Jake Berry is a skilled professional with diverse experience in coordination, event management, and communication. Currently serving as the Continuing Educator Coordinator for the American College of Veterinary Surgeons since April 2023, Jake previously worked as a Program Coordinator at the American Art Therapy Association, where responsibilities included editing communications and addressing member service issues for approximately 4,500 members. Jake has also contributed as a Short Story Judge for The Writer's Workout, providing feedback on contest submissions, and held roles in event support at the University of Maryland, where management and video creation were key tasks. Additionally, Jake was recognized with a Montgomery County Excellence Award for work as Historian/Public Relations at PODER, a cultural empowerment club. Educated with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Media Studies from the University of Maryland, Jake has a strong foundation in communication and organizational skills.
