Jose Ruiz

Jose Ruiz has extensive experience in preconstruction and estimating within the construction industry. Currently, Jose holds the position of Preconstruction/Estimating at American Constructors since October 2021. Previous roles include Project Estimator at QA Construction Services, Inc. and Terra Path from June 2018 to October 2021, and Estimator at Hellas Construction, Inc. from August 2016 to June 2018. Earlier career highlights involve serving as Civil Estimator/Project Coordinator at Hidalgo Industrial Services, and Construction Project Manager at Empresas HQJ and Karimar Construction, Inc., where responsibilities included supervision, cost estimation, and project coordination. Jose began the career as an Assistant Construction Project Manager at LC & C Construction Corp. A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering was earned from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico from 2003 to 2007.
