Rachel Aland

Rachel Aland is currently the Transportation Director at The American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy, where Rachel oversees transportation-related research and policy priorities. With previous experience in companies like the Coalition for Reimagined Mobility, CPCS, The World Bank, and AECOM, Rachel has a strong background in freight sustainability, urban investment, and policy development. Rachel holds a Master's in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Urban Studies from Brown University.
