Keith Foxx

Keith Foxx, PE, PMP, CCM is a highly experienced civil and structural engineer currently serving as Principal at FOXXSTEM since February 2021, providing engineering design and management services for transportation and infrastructure projects. Foxx has held key leadership roles within the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC), including Chairman of the Board of Directors for ACEC Metro Washington and National Director for 2023-24. Previous positions include Manager of Transportation at RK&K and Program Manager for the District Department of Transportation (DDOT), where responsibilities included overseeing a significant undergrounding project. Foxx’s career also encompasses project management roles at Legion Design and Fairfax County Government, alongside early engineering work in civil design. Education includes a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation from Howard University.
