Lauren Colicelli

Lauren Colicelli currently serves as the Director of Strategic Political Engagement at the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI), a position held since August 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles at the National Association of REALTORS®, where Lauren managed RPAC fundraising initiatives and educated members on fundraising techniques from July 2014 to August 2023. Previous experience also encompasses legislative advocacy and policy analysis with organizations such as the Personal Insurance Federation of Florida and Bryant Miller Olive, P.A. Lauren's career began with various roles in the Florida Department of Financial Services, culminating in leadership positions that involved extensive legislative coordination. Lauren holds an MS in Political Management from The George Washington University and a BS in Political Science from Florida State University.
