Deborah Karpman

Deborah Karpman is an accomplished professional in educational leadership and strategic partnerships, currently serving as an ACE Fellow at the American Council on Education and as a Coro Lead LA Fellow. As Assistant Dean for Research at the University of Southern California's Rossier School of Education, Deborah Karpman focuses on fostering collaborations to enhance research and innovation in education, particularly in areas such as college access and equity in STEM. Previous roles include Strategic Research Opportunities Senior Analyst at the University of California, San Diego, and Faculty Awards Administrator at USC, where efforts led to significant increases in faculty recognition.
