Diana Rexhepi

Diana Rexhepi has extensive experience in the food safety and quality sector, currently serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Prishtina since October 2021, where responsibilities include teaching hygiene and technology of meat and meat products. Simultaneously, Diana works as a Food and Natural Ingredient Market Facilitator at Swisscontact, contributing to strategy development, networking, and facilitating interventions with a focus on market system development. Previous roles include serving as an Intervention Officer for the RECONOMY Program at Help Kosovo, and holding research and development positions at Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu and the University of Debrecen, focusing on food innovation and safety. Diana's experience is complemented by internships that involved market analysis, business consultancy, and research on traditional food products in Kosovo. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Food Safety and Quality Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology with Biotechnology.
