Diana Rexhepi has extensive experience in the food safety and quality sector, currently serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Prishtina since October 2021, where responsibilities include teaching hygiene and technology of meat and meat products. Simultaneously, Diana works as a Food and Natural Ingredient Market Facilitator at Swisscontact, contributing to strategy development, networking, and facilitating interventions with a focus on market system development.
