Jenifer Kautzman has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Jenifer began their career at Missouri State University in 2007, where they served as a Financial Aid Counselor until 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they held the position of Director of Veteran Student Services at the same university. In 2014, they joined the American Council on Education, where they held various positions, including Senior Program Manager, Military Evaluations, from 2014 to 2016, Associate Director, CREDIT® Evaluations, from 2016 to 2018, and Associate Director, Learner Services, from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they serve as the Associate Director of Operations, Engagement, and Communications at the American Council on Education.
Jenifer Kautzman began their education at Missouri State University in 2002, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication. Jenifer completed their undergraduate studies in 2006. Subsequently, from 2007 to 2009, Jenifer continued their education at Missouri State University, earning a Master of Science degree in Student Affairs & Higher Education.
