Brian M.

Brian M. has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role as the Director of Human Resources at American Crane and Equipment Corporation since January 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Business Partner (Director) at ProAssurance from September 2019 to December 2022, where they supported all HR functions across multiple states and played a critical role as a member of the Executive Leadership team. Before that, Brian M. worked as the Human Resources Director at CPS, Inc. in 2018 and as the Senior Human Resource Manager at Kroger Manufacturing Corporation from October 2014 to October 2018. Brian also served as an Employee Relations Specialist/HR Business Partner at Carpenter Technology from 2008 to 2014 and as a Labor Relations Manager at Associated Wholesalers Inc. from June 2001 to 2008. Throughout their career, Brian M. has demonstrated skills in strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, policy development, performance management, and coaching supervisors and managers. Brian has also successfully implemented new HR service delivery models and programs to improve workplace safety.

Brian M. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Penn State University between 1990 and 1994. Brian also holds a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations/Human Resources from Penn State University. Additionally, in February 2016, they obtained certification as a SHRM - CP from the SHRM institution.
