Alissa Wolbach

Alissa Wolbach is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education and training. Currently serving as a Market Trainer at Aflac since June 2022 and concurrently as a Learning and Development Specialist/Trainer of Originations at American Credit Acceptance, Alissa excels in designing effective training programs and assessing learning outcomes. Prior experience includes a role as a Secondary School Educator at St. Mark's Catholic School, where Alissa implemented impactful instructional models leading to significant student engagement and literacy growth, as well as a similar role at Kuna High School. Earlier in the career, Alissa served as General Manager at Ellabella Ltd., improving operational performance through strategic planning and sales tracking. Alissa holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Northwest Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Washington State University.
