Dana Gottman

Dana Gottman has over 17 years of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Dana currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at American Credit Acceptance since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Vice President, Vice President, Senior Director, and Director of Human Resources at the same company between 2017 and 2022. Before their tenure at American Credit Acceptance, they worked at Chase for 6 years, starting as a Team Manager in June 2004 and eventually becoming a Hiring Manager in April 2009.

Dana Gottman obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Missouri State University in the years 2000-2004. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained additional certifications such as the Society of Human Resource Management - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in February 2015 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2014.
