Erik Bakke

Erik Bakke is an experienced leader in the agricultural sector, currently serving as Director at American Crystal Sugar Company since December 2019. In addition to this role, Erik is the Owner of Bakke Farms, a position held since April 1991. Erik's industry involvement includes serving as a Board Member for the American Sugar Beet Growers Association from January 2014 to December 2019 and as a member of the Executive Committee for the Red River Valley Sugar Beet Growers Association during the same period. Erik holds educational credentials from the University of Minnesota Crookston, having attended from 1993 to 1994.
