Angelo L.

Angelo L. has a diverse range of work experience in the education and healthcare sectors. Angelo is currently serving as the Senior Vice President for Access, Diversity and Inclusion at the American Dental Education Association (ADEA), where they are responsible for providing guidance and support on topics related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Prior to this, Angelo worked as the Director of Student Services for Health Sciences at The George Washington University and as the Dean of Admissions at Shippensburg University. Angelo also served as the Director of Admissions and Recruitment at Meharry Medical College, where they successfully increased applications in both the School of Medicine and the School of Dentistry. Angelo's earlier experience includes roles as the Senior Associate Director of Admissions at Lehigh University and as an Assistant Director of Admissions at Vanderbilt University.

Angelo L. is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education - EdD degree in Learning and Organizational Change at Baylor University. Prior to this, they completed a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Higher Education Administration at Vanderbilt University in 2009. Their undergraduate education was also at Vanderbilt University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Secondary Education and Mathematics in 2005.
