Natacha Buchanan

Natacha Buchanan has a strong background in diversity and inclusion within the energy sector, having served as Chief Diversity Officer at ConocoPhillips from May 2005 to May 2012, followed by the role of Director of Inclusion & Diversity at Phillips 66 from November 2014 to April 2022. Natacha has held various positions including Supervisor for Crude & Products Derivatives and Staff Supervisor for Invoice & Suspense Resolution at ConocoPhillips. Natacha's career also includes roles such as LRP Capital Coordinator and Senior Advisor for University Relations at Phillips 66. Natacha earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Kansas State University, completing studies from January 2000 to January 2002.
