Janika James Ms, Bsdh, Rdh

Janika James, MS, BSDH, RDH, currently serves as the Secretary for the ADEA COSRF Administrative Board 2024-2025 and is a District 4 Commissioner with the American Dental Education Association since May 2022. Janika has a strong background in dental hygiene, having worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist at Aspen Dental from February 2020 to May 2021, Siwell Dental from March 2016 to February 2020, and Kool Smiles from September 2014 to March 2016. Janika is pursuing a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at Meharry Medical College (2021-2025) and holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Mississippi Medical Center (2018-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the same institution (2012-2014). Additionally, Janika obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Pre-Dental Hygiene from Northwest Mississippi Community College (2010-2012).
