Eva Regan

Director People Development at American Dental Partners

Eva Regan has extensive experience in various human resource roles. Eva currently serves as the Director of the Leadership Institute at Foresight Mental Health. Prior to this, they worked at American Dental Partners as the Director of People Development, where they provided HR support and expertise in areas such as employee relations, change management, and employee development. Eva also developed and delivered leadership training. Before that, Eva worked at Welch's as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner and at Eastman Kodak Company as a Senior Human Resource Manager.

Eva Regan holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In addition to their degree, they have obtained various certifications, including a Coaching Certification from the Co-Active Training Institute in November 2009. Eva also holds certifications in Building Relationship Versatility, Advanced BRV and Conflict from Wilson Learning, as well as certifications in Conflict Mode Instrument, Emotional and Social Competency Inventory- ESCI, Inventory of Leadership Styles - ILS, and Organizational Climate Survey- OCS from Korn Ferry- HayGroup.
