Victoria Hill has a diverse work experience in various industries. Victoria began their career in 2007 as a Training Manager at Gaylord Entertainment Company. From 2008 to 2012, Victoria worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Prince George's Community College. In 2009, they joined Ratner Companies as a Learning Leader and later became a District Leader from 2015 to 2018. Victoria also worked as an Adjunct Instructor at Stratford University from 2014 to 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Learning & Culture at the American Diabetes Association since January 2021, previously serving as the Manager of Training and Development/Human Resources.
Victoria Hill holds a Master's degree from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's Degree from Albertus Magnus College. Victoria has obtained several certifications, including a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion in HR Management from HRCI in 2022 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in February 2022. Additionally, Victoria has certifications in Performance Management, Succession Planning, DDI Certified Facilitator, and Certified Hospitality Supervisor.
