Leah Douty

Leah Douty currently serves as the Assistant General Manager at Equinox, overseeing staff training and operational management. Since co-founding Two Toned Training, Leah has contributed to the growth of a virtual and in-person fitness company while also working as a Marketing Intern for the American Athletic Conference and a Sports Marketing Intern for the College of the Holy Cross. Prior experience includes the role of Operations Manager at JCC Greater Boston, where Leah facilitated departmental coordination and customer service excellence. Educational background includes a degree from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where Leah was also involved in radio and web publishing activities.
