Michael Uzzolino

Michael Uzzolino is an accomplished Chef Manager currently serving at American Dining Creations since March 2022, with extensive experience in executive culinary roles and management. Prior to this, Uzzolino worked with Sodexo from October 2002 to March 2022, holding positions such as Executive Chef at Montefiore Nyack Hospital and Bayonne Medical Center, as well as General Manager overseeing multiple locations in New York and New Jersey. Uzzolino's diverse background includes serving as Group Executive Chef for Pearson Education, where responsibilities included assisting in location openings and managing food production and financials across various units. Earlier experience includes roles as Executive Chef for Brock & Company and Mountain Laurel Resort and Spa, where Uzzolino managed significant food and beverage operations. Uzzolino's educational foundation began at East Side High School from 1981 to 1983.
