Joe Lurz

Joe Lurz has a diverse work experience ranging from military roles to project management positions. Joe started their career in the US Marine Corps as an Engineer and Training Manager. Later, they joined the 1st Marine Raider Battalion as a Special Operations Team Leader and Team Chief, where they managed a team and coordinated missions with various organizations. Joe then became a Current/Future Operations Project Manager at the same battalion, overseeing intelligence, logistics, and support for combat missions. After leaving the military, Joe worked as a Transitioning Marine Special Operator and Project Manager/Operations Planner at Special Operations Command Central, where they were responsible for daily planning operations and providing strategic guidance to personnel. Joe also served as a Project Manager at Wehr Constructors, Inc., managing construction projects. Joe's most recent role was as the Vice President of Corporate Store Operations at AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care. Currently, they work as a Managing Director in a consulting firm.

Joe Lurz attended the University of Charleston from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Organizational Leadership.
