Teresa Fotta

Teresa Fotta serves as the President of Cedar Hill Toastmasters Club in Newington, CT, beginning in July 2024, where leadership and supportive guidance are provided for club activities. Teresa has extensive experience in enterprise risk management at American Eagle Financial Credit Union, progressing from Manager to Director before becoming Assistant Vice President, initiating roles that evaluate and manage organizational risks while directing a team of experts. Prior involvement includes a program manager position in internal audit for the Connecticut Judicial Branch, as well as accounting roles with Norwich Free Academy Foundation, Inc. and Eastern Savings Bank. Education credentials include a Master of Science in Enterprise Risk Management from Boston University, an MBA in Management of Technology from the University of Connecticut, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University, among other qualifications in risk management.
