Andy is currently the Director of Operations at American Eagle Institute - China, where they focus on streamlining operations and incorporating AI into the English learning journey. Prior to this, they co-founded Evolution Unleashed, where they developed innovative AI-powered tools for marketing and strategic planning. Before that, they worked as a Business Operations Consultant at Tengyi International Co., LTD, optimizing sales and business operations for online-based businesses. Andy also has experience as a Business Development Operations Specialist at A.Stone LTD, a Coach at Nike, a Deputy Store Manager at Inditex - Bershka, and held various roles at Decathlon International, including Country Brand Training Manager, Department Manager, and Operations Manager. Throughout their career, Andy Stone has demonstrated their expertise in operations, strategy, and implementing AI solutions to drive business growth.

Andy Stone completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at Tunghai University from 2009 to 2012. Andy later pursued an Executive Master of Business Administration specializing in Business Administration and Management, Finance at Hult International Business School from 2016 to 2017.
