Liz Okuma, PhD, currently serves as Senior Director of Experience at American Endowment Foundation, where responsibilities include shaping and overseeing the overall experience for various stakeholders. Prior to this, Liz worked as a Strategic Enrollment and Communications Consultant at Western Reserve Academy, focusing on marketing, admissions, and strategic planning for student enrollment optimization. Liz's extensive experience at Hiram College spanned over two decades, culminating in the role of Vice President for Student Affairs & Dean of Students, where Liz provided strategic leadership and co-chaired the institution's five-year strategic plan. Additionally, previous positions included various leadership roles in student affairs and residence life at Hiram College and The University of Georgia, along with supervisory experience at the International Olympic Committee during the 1996 Summer Olympics. Liz holds a PhD in Educational Leadership and Human Resources from Colorado State University, a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from The University of Georgia, and a Bachelor's degree in Education Licensure from Bowling Green State University.
