David Ostberg

David Ostberg serves as the Senior Director of Employee Experience at Zenni Optical, focusing on creating a safe and fulfilling work environment aligned with the company's mission. With a robust background in employee experience and organizational psychology, David has held significant roles at Medallia as Solutions Principal, Employee Experience, and at Culture Amp in various director capacities, where efforts centered on improving organizational culture through feedback and analytics. Additionally, David contributed as an Exec Vice President at Evolv, playing a key role in securing funding and building a skilled science team, and held positions at Kronos Incorporated, managing personnel selection tests across various industries. David holds a PhD and an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Portland State University, along with a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
