David Ostberg is a seasoned professional in employee experience and organizational psychology with extensive leadership experience across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Employee Experience at Zenni Optical, David has previously held key roles such as Solutions Principal for Employee Experience at Medallia and various directorial positions at Culture Amp focused on performance, culture enablement, and insights. David's career also includes serving as Executive Vice President of Workforce Science at Evolv and holding senior scientific roles at Kronos Talent Management. David earned a PhD in Systems Science - Industrial Psychology and a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Portland State University.
