C. Michael Hoff

C. Michael Hoff has extensive work experience in the energy storage industry. C. Michael is currently the Chief Technology Officer at American Energy Storage Innovations, Inc. Prior to this role, they held the same position at NEC Energy Solutions. Hoff also has experience as a VP of Research and Technology and Chief Technologist at A123 Energy Solutions. C. Michael started their career at American Power Conversion as the Director of Research Network Power Solutions. In 2020, they founded their own company, HoffPower, LLC, where they worked as an Energy Storage Specialist.

C. Michael Hoff obtained a BS in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University between 1982 and 1987. C. Michael later pursued an MS in Electrical Engineering at Northeastern University from 1988 to 1993.
